Huge thank you to Diego and Arnold from Kenneth Black Plumbing. They came out same day to replace a cracked air stack leaking into my attic. They were so polite and professional. Very grateful for their time and expertise. Highly recommend the company and will be using them again if ever needed!

Our hot water heater broke the day before Thanksgiving around 11am. We had it completely replaced by 7:30pm that night. On such short notice and right before the holiday, it was an amazing feeling to have it completely taken care of that day. I highly highly recommend!!

During a very stressful construction/renovation project at my house, I needed a plumber. I remembered all the posts on the Next Door app by Kenneth Black and remembered how he comes across as someone who truly cares for his clients. I called and was so impressed by the intake phone call. There was no charge for them to come to my house and diagnose the problem! They understood my emergency situation and had someone out the same day. Arnold and Diego pointed out to me that they could just re light my pilot light on my water heater. I asked about the remaining life left in my water heater and the risks of keeping it. They answered those questions, and I chose to move forward with installing a new water heater. They had one on their van! The price was what I was verbally quoted on the phone earlier that morning by Dara. They quickly removed my old water heater, installed the new one, cleaned up and gave me a tutorial on any questions I had while I filmed their answers on my phone. I knew that I was emotionally exhausted and wouldn’t remember later. These men were so incredibly respectful, kind and patient with me. It went such a long way with me. I found my plumber. These guys are excellent! Top notch, humble, kind, and able to do what they promise. I was impressed! Words cannot describe the admiration I have for this company. We had several POOR experiences with other plumbers and after seeing the ratings and reviews for KBP online, we had to reach out to them.
We’ve had a shower unit installed, a new valve installed and repaired, new lines for sinks, and now, a leak at our water meter repaired by their team. Jose and Robert along with everyone in their offices have been absolutely incredible.
At every job, we’ve received a thorough explanation of the issue/fix as well as clear pricing. The work was done in a timely manner and communication was crystal clear.
We will continue to use KBP for all of our plumbing needs and hope others will as well!

Called Kenneth Black after seeing him posted on Nextdoor app. I was informed by my water company I had a major leak. They came out next day. Richard, Alejandro and one other gentleman worked from 7PM until 11:30PM. They replaced toilets, fixed the leak, replaced PB supply lines, updated to copper water line, added pressure regulation valves and more. Everything was left spotless and as if they had never been here. They were honest and up front. I am in the construction field myself and what I wouldn’t give to find a team like these guys to come and work! Top notch service, excellent communication and professional from start to finish. I look forward to working with the guys again just hopefully not on my house again HA! I will be referring to them from here on out. They won my vote. Make plumbing great again!

I needed to have a toilet leak fixed. When Richard and Alex came, it turned out I needed a new toilet. It was over 20 years old and outdated. They were able to replace it in a short period of time. They did a great job! They were nice young men and were very professional. Once they left, it was as if they were not even here. They cleaned everything up and did not leave any trash. They were honest men and I would not hesitate to use them again. The answering service was very helpful and phone calls were returned within a very reasonable timeframe. I used Kenneth before and was very impressed. Great job Kenneth. Very good hires.

Ramon and his crew were amazing, polite, and professional. I had to have my main water line replaced after one leak turned into multiple. It was a bit complicated as it needed to be moved to a different location but the work was handled very well.
The crew go above and beyond to make sure everything is in the best possible situation when they leave. I would highly advise this company.

I am writing to express the absolutely outstanding service we received from Kenneth Black Plumbing. On July 4th, we noticed water pouring out of our front yard near the water meter. We called Fulton County, hoping it would be an issue on their end. Unfortunately, they informed us that we had a cracked home water line that was our responsibility.
I started researching on Nextdoor and saw amazing reviews about Kenneth Black Plumbing. Believe me, this company has earned its reputation. We called on July 5th (holiday weekend), and they had someone at our house within two hours. In less than an hour of their arrival, our issue was fixed, and we were charged an extremely reasonable price—we were literally shocked! One of the gentlemen even watered my dry plants!
Ramon and Alejandro were so nice and professional. It was refreshing to get genuinely quick and effective service at a reasonable price. We will 100% use Kenneth Black Plumbing for any future issues we have, and I’ve already recommended them to our neighbors! Thank you, Kenneth Black plumbing!

Arnold and Diego from Kenneth Black Plumbing took fantastic care of us. We had a leaky toilet that needed a new wax ring and an old broken faucet that needed replacing. They were professional and efficient and 2 weeks later, both are still working great. What really stood out was actually what happened after the job was done. I stepped onto the porch to hand them a check and within a few seconds, my toddler managed to shut the door and lock me out. I was barefoot on a hot porch and my toddler quickly started to freak out when she realized I couldn’t get back in. Arnold and Diego immediately leapt into action, grabbing ladders and seeing if there was a way to get me back in the house. Luckily, my toddler managed to turn the lock again, and everything was fine. It wasn’t their problem, but there was no hesitation for them to jump in and try to help me. They’ve definitely made repeat customers out of us. Next time we need any plumbing assistance, I’ll absolutely be using them again.

I cannot express how PLEASED I am with Richard and his helper from Ken’s Plumbing Co. They worked hard connecting my kitchen sick today(Saturday) on an emergency basis after it developed a large leak. The price was reasonable, especially for a weekend.

Great customer service! How I wish I could find the name of the young lady that returned my call on January 4 after she got home from work! She had Eric, Bryce and Alejandro at my home with a new water heater about an hour later and they installed it in about an hour. She and the guys were so kind and professional.

I found Kenneth Black through great reviews on Next Door and have been delighted with their service. The crew does excellent work – they’ve unclogged and replaced a drain, as well as came out on a Saturday to find and fix a leak in the ceiling. They work quickly and thoroughly, communicate their findings and provide great pricing for their work. They are conscientious of the property being intentional to minimize impact of the work and are sure to clean up any mess. I really appreciate the communication over the phone, too. From the answering service, to Amberlee in the office, everyone is very understanding and communicates every step of the way. Growing up, my dad owned and operated his own HVAC company, and was always one to do the right thing for customers, it’s so nice to find this same attitude at Kenneth Black.Highly recommend this company!
